Our patented, professional nail buffer will help bring out the natural shine of your nails. Nail buffer is 3 1/2 inches long and one inch wide.
Directions/Instructions: Before using the wholesale bulk cheap discount nail buffer, remove any nail polish from your nails, wash your hands with water and soap, and dry your hands thoroughly. Pick up the nail buffer by the finger indentions on the ends. Do not palm the buffer in your hand. If you have ridges on your nail, the blue side will be the first step for you. If not, the black will be your first step, and you can use this blue side as an emery board.
